Wildland Committee

Please find attached (links below) the Mobilization Plan and Billing Manual that the Arizona State Forestry Division and the Arizona Fire Chiefs Association are providing. For the last several months members of the AFCA Wildland Committee and employees of the ASFD have worked together to complete these two documents with a vision of a more efficient method of dispatching extended attack resources and to streamline and explain some of the procedures for ease of proper invoicing. There have been many hours compiled from representatives to provide you with these products along with input from federal, county and private entities as well. As mentioned in the cover letter found in the Mobilization Plan, we will be having weekly coordination calls to aid in communications.

The 2013 fire season is underway.  I wanted to take this opportunity to provide an updated Invoice Form FM122.  To improve the processing of payments through the federal agencies, please make sure the response and release date and time is provided for all activity.  Also, please make sure to identify the differences between base and overtime pay on the detailed lines.
